So there was Tokyo and Fuji, Kōbe and Hiroshima, Hong Kong and Macau, Damascus and Istanbul with Kapadokya in between, but it seems that with each sip my thirst only grows stronger. I am looking to the south again, Andes and the Amazon with some volcanoes here and there. The Llamas await. I'm living like there's no tomorrow, because there isn't one.

Everything changes but it all remains the same. I'm in a new flat, with orange walls and red curtains and a foldup vintage Murphy bed and a breakfast nook. My window does not open to the magnificent view of the Mount Royal park of yesteryear but rather to a brick wall which somehow still allows the sun to trickle in through my heavy red curtains. I have a new job as well, in a nice building with nice people that doesn't bother me too much and provides with just enough distraction from everyday life to keep it interesting but not as much as to make it unbearable.
